Recently I checked out my 👤 profile, and found this notice for potential copy investors:

🤑It sounds like it's a bad thing, but I stand by it! I do believe 🪙 crypto has a place in a balanced portfolio. I am not trading crypto, not trying to pick the next 100x from the hundreds of meme coins. Staying in the investor lane mostly with $BTC (Bitcoin) (5%) $ETH (Ethereum) (3%) and $XRP (XRP) (15%)

💹Yes, recently I increased my crypto holdings to around 25%, as crypto winter seems to be over.

🌊Why is $XRP (XRP) my largest holding? Well, it has a for-profit company behind it, with actual contracts with banks, with real revenue. Ripple Labs Inc. is valued at around 5 Billion USD.

I am convinced so much in their success, that I bought shares in the company too.

⚖️What about the Legal trouble with the SEC? The lawsuit will be resolved in the next 2 months, with Ripple currently having the upper hand after securing three partial court wins in 2023. 🎉

📆March 22, 2024: The SEC will file its opening remedies brief and supporting materials under seal.

📆March 26, 2024: The SEC will file a public, redacted version of its opening brief reflecting the agreed-upon redactions.

📆April 22, 2024: Ripple is expected to file its opposition brief and supporting documents.

📆May 6-8, 2024: The SEC will submit its reply brief under seal. A public, redacted version of the reply brief and any non-confidential supporting exhibits will then be filed.

🎓With the ETF approval for $BTC (Bitcoin), and global Crypto adoption, it feels unlikely XRP will lose. Worst case scenario, they may have to pay a fine for some twisted reason. It's fine. 🎉🎉🎉
