A brief guide on how to grow together!

I highly suggest you set your stop-loss very low, or don’t set one at all. I do not think Stop-loss is protecting your capital. I think a stop-loss locks your losses. Every major market crash, especially flash-crashes, like the one we had on the 2nd of April, “liberation day”, recovers. Volatility is part of investing, and locking your losses in at the bottom makes sure you are not benefitting from the recovery.

If you can, add to the copy regularly. I often add new funds, especially before buying the dip. No big deal if you don’t, eToro rebalances your portfolio.

In case you started copying on an ATH, it is possible there is a small pullback. It’s OK if your copy is in a few percent negative for a few weeks. You are here for the long term, right?

And then, check back in 6 months, 1 year, 2 years. Nothing to do here. Investing is supposed to be boring. Set it and forget it.
